Fifth-generation chef; born in the pot with the ladle at the ready.

I carry on the legacy but walk my own path, driven by a love for traditional Swedish home cooking and a steady curiosity for vibrant street food. Over the years, aside from feeding happy Gothenburg locals, I’ve also cooked for global stars like Prince, U2, the Rolling Stones, and Bruce Springsteen. 

Together with my wife Anna, I also run Harvest by Mannerström on Volvo Jakobs väg — a lunch favorite for many. But the dream of opening a restaurant in the heart of Gothenburg has been alive for a long time. And now, it’s becoming a reality.

The Mansion is my stage. Here, all my food ideas get to shine — both on the plate and in your mouth. And no one leaves hungry. It’s like hanging out at a really good friend’s place — without having to do the dishes.
